Delivery
All products will be shipped within 1-3 working days unless expressly stated otherwise.

Rates
The prices in our store include 21% VAT. The total purchase amount (including VAT and any shipping costs) is always shown before completing the order.

Cancellation
Standard orders placed via the online store can be canceled free of charge within 14 days without giving a reason and provided they have not been shipped. (standard orders: see general terms and conditions).

Returns
Standard orders placed through our online store may be returned 14 days after receipt. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account 8 days after receipt of the returned goods (provided they are sent in undamaged, original packaging and with sufficient postage). This only applies to standard impulse purchases. (standard orders: see general terms and conditions).

Damaged product receives . All damage must be reported within 3 working days after the day of delivery.

We request that you provide as much detail as possible about the damage:

• Is the damage to the product visible before or after opening?
• Was the box/packaging damaged?
• We would like to request that you send us some photos (5 photos) of the damage and the packaging. (1 photo of the outer packaging of the shipment with the shipping label visible. 1 photo of the inner packaging, where the contents and protective material in the package are clearly visible, 3 photos of the articles. This means 1 photo of all articles together and 2 detail photos)

We will keep you informed (via email) about the status of your order. In addition, if desired, you can follow the progress of the processing of your order online.
