WS Repair of course respects your right to privacy and keeps your personal data secret. Your data will only be used for the purpose of delivering orders and services to you. We therefore never provide your personal information to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law.


If you copy and/or distribute information from our website in any way without prior written permission, you may infringement of third party copyright. It is therefore not permitted to copy any information from our website without written permission. The design of the website itself and some photos are copyrighted by WS Repair.

Terms and conditions

On all our services, published products and prices, WS Repair appliesthe Dutch laws and Regulations. The general terms and conditions apply to every order and all products delivered or to be delivered by WS Repair. If there is any additional deviating written agreement with WS Repair, the terms and conditions in that agreement will prevail over those stated here.

1. Prices and payment

All our prices are in EURO, including VAT and excluding order and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. All prices mentioned are subject to change. Payment can be made through iDEAL, PayPal and bank transfer. Products will not be delivered until the total amount of the order (including order, shipping and taxes) has been received by us.

2. Sending orders

All orders from WS Repair are shipped to you in-house. After your payment has been received by WS Repair and if the product is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 working days. If your product is not available, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will be entitled to a free refund of the amount paid to WS Repair. Delivery time of an unavailable product, as well as deliveries outside the Netherlands, can take more than 10 working days. WS Repair will keep you informed of the status of your order by e-mail during this time. In the event that your product is delivered as a package, you will receive a track and trace code from WS Repair as soon as possible.

3. Return

Orders placed through our webshop may be returned to WS Repair without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. After notification of the cancellation, the buyer is obliged to send the goods to the address of WS Repair within 14 days. The shipping costs involved are borne by the buyer. The buyer also has a duty of care when returning the product, including the delivery of the product to WS Repair. The consumer is liable for the depreciation of the product that is the result of careless handling and/or delivery. If the product is not received by WS Repair in the same condition as you received it, including any accessories and original packaging, the right of suspension that accrues to WS Repair will be invoked until the damage has been compensated. Unpaid or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted. Return shipments that are incomplete will not be reimbursed or only partially reimbursed. unless otherwise requested.

4. Cancel

Orders placed via the webshop can be canceled without giving any reason by e-mail. See point 3 Returns and point 2 Shipping orders.

5. Standard Orders

Standard orders mean all orders of products displayed on the WS Repair web store.
